A multi-market storefront rebuilt from the checkout backwards.

A catalogue spread across four markets on a platform that could not be extended without breaking one of them. Peak traffic was handled by turning features off.
We rebuilt the storefront headless, moved catalogue operations into a single pipeline the client's own team could run, and rewrote the checkout around measured drop-off rather than internal preference.
One platform, four markets, no seasonal feature freeze. The team now ships catalogue changes without engineering involvement.

Note: the case studies below are placeholder entries used while the real portfolio is being prepared. Names are internal codenames and figures are illustrative.
