01Data controller

02What we collect
This site has no accounts, no user database and no server-side form handling. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us: the contents of an email or WhatsApp message you compose from this site — typically your name, company, contact details and the description of your project.
03Why we hold it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out the resulting contract. We do not profile you, we do not build marketing segments, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
04How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, the correspondence is retained for the duration of the contract and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards.
05Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it at all. Write to hello@motionstudios.it and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
